website we typically refer to owners as residents.
This is a residents'-only
website to allow communication between the
residents
and between the residents and the residents'
committee and administrator. Pages on this
website that are considered confidential to
members
of the residents association are password protected.
Trying to open such a page will take you to
the login page.

IMPORTANT: Everybody needs
to complete the new form for the residents'
association community charge (paid each six
months) and send it to the new administrator,
Sylvia Fries. The new form is available for
down-loading on the Forms
page. If you previously completed the
old form (with the previous administrator,
Mr. Martinez-Ferrandiz) you should cancel
it.
You need to have registered and been approved
before you can login and download this form.

and had your registration approved. Once logged
in you may also email other residents who made
their personal details available to other residents,
but to do that your own personal details must
have been made available. |

their contact details and to update them when appropriate.
All information provided by residents is only used by
the residents association and our administrators. Information
held by the website is not provided to third-parties
or used for any purpose other than the running of the
residents association.
Please remember that to be able to use the website
you need to register.
The committee is responsible for the approval of registrations.
On approval you will be notified by email and you will
then be able to login and access all pages on the website.
